In the Amalgam Universe, the powers of The Flash, Ghost Rider, and Etrigan the Demon are merged into a single supernatural speedster: Speed Demon (Blaze Allen). Once a young sorcerer and motorcycle daredevil, Blaze’s life is destroyed when the demonic Night Spectre consumes the soul of his wife, Iris Simpson. Seeking vengeance, Blaze accepts a mystical transformation with the aid of Merlyn, becoming the Speed Demon.
