PUNISHER 2099 BLUE FOIL

In the story, "Deadly Genesis," Jake Gallows is a police officer living in the dystopian future of Nueva York. After the brutal murder of his family by the sadistic criminal Kron Stone, Jake watches the justice system fail to punish those responsible because of their wealth and influence. Disgusted by the corruption around him, he discovers the writings and philosophy of the original Punisher, Frank Castle, and adopts the Punisher identity to wage a one-man war on crime.
