The Engine Room: Inside the mental "Engine Room" where Bruce Banner pilots the Hulk, the internal Hulk is forced into a brutal, gory simulation of a giant Wolverine. This mental violence is used to harvest the "rage-fuel" needed to power the Starship.

Alternate Reality: In the physical world, Starship Hulk arrives on Earth-122. Bruce meets an alternate version of himself who successfully stopped the Gamma bomb. However, without a Hulk to protect it, this world was conquered by President Thunderbolt Ross, who weaponized Gamma radiation to turn the planet into a wasteland of "Abominations."

The First Glimpse: The issue concludes with a haunting, shadowy image of a malevolent, grinning face lurking in the dark corners of the Hulk's mind—the first subtle tease of the entity that will eventually be revealed as Titan.
