Ghost Rider #13 1991

On the streets of Brooklyn, Danny Ketch continues his crusade as Ghost Rider against the criminal underworld. After stopping a violent mugging committed by drug addicts, Ghost Rider learns that a powerful drug dealer known as Snowblind is supplying narcotics throughout the city. Determined to stop the source of the problem, he begins hunting Snowblind and his organization.
